This document outlines the terms and conditions for consultation services provided by Eagle Academy to clients. By engaging in our consultation services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Scope of Services

Our consultation services include, but are not limited to:

• Providing guidance on developing and implementing sales & online business strategies

• Advising on best practices for marketing and promoting sales & online businesses

• Assisting with the development and launch of new online products and services

• Troubleshooting common online business challenges

Fees and Payment

​

Our consultation fees are based on an hourly rate or a fixed fee for specific projects. The specific fee will be agreed upon in advance between you and Eagle Academy.

Payment is due in full based on the invoice date. We accept payment by e-wallet, FPX (online banking) & credit card & debit card.

​

Confidentiality

​

We treat all of our clients' confidential information with utmost respect. We will not disclose any of your confidential information to third parties without your prior written consent.

​

Intellectual Property

​

All intellectual property developed during the course of our consultation services, including but not limited to training materials, marketing materials, and website content, will be the exclusive property of Eagle Academy.

Termination

​

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with or without written notice.

​

Limitation of Liability

​

We warrant that our consultation services will be performed in a professional and competent manner. However, we do not guarantee any specific results. Our liability for any damages arising out of this agreement shall be limited to the amount of fees paid to us by you.

Entire Agreement

​

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Waiver

​

No waiver of any provision of this agreement will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

​

Severability

​

If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from this agreement and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We do not offer refunds for the following:

• Courses & consultation given that are purchased online / offline. 

• Courses & consultation that are bundled with other products or services

• Courses & consultation that are custom-created for you

• Courses & consultation that have been accessed or completed

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund at our discretion.
